Wilcze Stado

Grupa jest dla wszystkich, dla których jedzenie stanowi wyzwanie; niezależnie od typu zaburzeń odżywiania. 

1. Bezwzględnie zabronione jest podawanie nazw środków przeczyszczających i postów o charakterze "pro mia" i "pro ana". Nie wrzucamy też ZDJĘĆ słodyczy. 

2. Zabronione jest podawanie wagi, BMI, rozmiarów, nazw diet, postów i czasu ćwiczeń bez ostrzeżenia na górze postu. 

3. Reklamowanie się bez zgody administratora. Będę takie posty usuwać. 

4. Publikowanie drastycznych i obraźliwych treści jest zabronione. 

5. Wyzywanie się i obrażanie także. 

6. Pytania o rady, wsparcie, nasze obawy i smutki są jak najbardziej mile widziane. Pamiętajmy zawsze o kulturze wypowiedzi i po co tu jesteśmy.

Zaburzenia odżywiania - grupa wsparcia

Grupa ma na celu pomoc w codziennym funkcjonowaniu osób z zaburzeniami odżywiania oraz wspieranie ich w problematycznych sytuacjach. Odpowiedzi na trudne pytania, które padną na forum będziemy szukać u specjalistów. Zachęcamy do wymiany doświadczeń i wiedzy na temat tych zaburzeń. Do grupy może należeć każdy mający problem z anoreksją, bulimią i kompulsywnym objadaniem. Prosimy nie oceniać innych. Agresywne komentarze oraz ich autorzy będą usuwani z grupy.

Grupa Zaburzenia Odzywiania -Polska (Grupa Wsparcia) 

Grupa została stworzona z myślą o wszystkich zainteresowanych tematem zaburzeń odżywiania. Jest to miejsce w którym możemy powiedzieć co nas boli, wykrzyczeć niewypowiedziany ból oraz rozmawiać o tym czego nie powiemy terapeucie. Wstawiamy tu artykuły, dzielimy się doświadczeniami i wskazówkami które nam pomogły. Grupę prowadzi Roksana Wiankowska www.roksanawiankowska.eu 

Zaburzenia odżywiania z psychodietykiem- Anoreksja, Bulimia, BED

1. Grupa jest stworzona w celu motywowania i wspierania się w walce z zaburzeniami odżywiania. 

2. Bezwględnie zabronione jest obrażanie innych członków. 

3. Zabronione jest publikowanie wszelkich treści pro-ED, obraźliwych lub drastycznych. 

4. Zalecane jest wspieranie siebie nawzajem, dzielenie ciekawymi inspiracjami kulinarnymi oraz przekazywanie dobrej energii 

5. Jeśli w swoim poście chcesz napisać o kilogramach lub kaloriach, liczby zapisz jako "X". 

6. Jeśli w swoim poście chcesz poruszyć jakiś kontrowersyjny temat lub kwestie, które mogą spowodować u kogoś napad, opisz w nawiasie temat postu np. (jedzenie, kalorie.. itd) 

Bulimia, anoreksja, EDNOS - grupa wsparcia

Grupa ma na celu wsparcie każdej osoby walczącej z zaburzeniami odżywiania. Nie krytykujemy, nie oceniamy. Każdy ma prawo podzielić się swoimi obawami.

Grupa wsparcia dla kobiet cierpiących na zaburzenia odżywiania

Grupa została założona przez Marię Pruszyńską, założycielkę inicjatywy społecznej Nowonajedzone, której celem jest pomoc kobietom cierpiącym na zaburzenia odżywiania oraz podnoszenie świadomości społecznej w zakresie zaburzeń odżywiania. Intencją powstania grupy jest wzajemne wspieranie się kobiet cierpiących na zaburzenia odżywiania, dzielenie się doświadczeniem i wiedzą oraz motywowanie się w walce z zaburzeniami. Wspólnie staramy się znaleźć najlepsze sposoby na pokonanie anoreksji, bulimii, kompulsywnego objadania się i ortoreksji.
